This was from a WGN (Chicago news station) live morning news telecast, where one of the reporters dunks on a three year old.

You know. This is one of those clips where you're on either side of the fence. You're either saying this is the wrongest thing you can do to a kid and his already frail self-esteem or you're laughing your ass off at this. I am doing the latter.
